Common questions and answers about CSS Gradient Lab
Creating your first gradient is easy! Start by selecting a gradient type (Linear, Radial, or Conic), then customize your colors using the color picker. Adjust the direction and position as needed, and copy the generated code to use in your project.

Yes! All gradients you create with CSS Gradient Lab are completely free to use in both personal and commercial projects. No attribution is required, though we appreciate it when you share our tool with others.

CSS Variables: Custom properties for reusable gradient definitions
CSS gradients are supported in all modern browsers. Linear and radial gradients have excellent support, while conic gradients work in browsers released after 2020. We recommend testing in your target browsers.
You can add as many color stops as you need! However, for best performance and visual appeal, we recommend keeping it reasonable (2-5 stops for most use cases).
Currently, gradient saving is not available, but you can bookmark your browser page or copy the generated code to save your gradients. We're working on adding save functionality in future updates!
